Chefs/Owners

medley. is owned and operated by chefs Wilks and Colleen Medley. The chef couple has worked under some of the greatest chefs in D.C. and L.A. honing their skills and unique style, influenced by locales both far and near. Their culinary journey began with Wilks attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York and Colleen studying at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. In 2015 after a decade of city-living, the couple moved to pursue their passions in a community they both love: Taos, New Mexico.

Antonia Bowden joined medley. in the summer of 2020 in our medley. wine shop — which is interesting, as she is a lot like great champagne! She’s bright, effervescent and makes everything better! Antonia grew up in Taos. We love her confidence and the great attitude she brings to medley. everyday.
